File > Open
Shortcuts - (Ctrl + O)

Top right you find lots of details lost in clouds.

Image > Adjustments > Shadow/Highlight

Shadows
Amount = 0
Tonal Width = 0
Radius = 0

Highlights
Amount – 100
Tonal Width = 60
Radius = 60

Press OK
